Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may access and use seedance2x, how billing and renewals work, and the responsibilities that apply to prompts, uploads, and generated output.

Effective date: March 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of seedance2x, related websites, hosted applications, and associated services operated by ArtisanOne Software. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

2. Service Scope

seedance2x provides software tools for AI-assisted video generation, prompt-based media workflows, account management, billing, and related features. ArtisanOne Software may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

The service is offered on a hosted basis. Access may depend on internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, payment processors, identity providers, and other external services that are not controlled by ArtisanOne Software.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share access credentials in a manner that circumvents plan limits, security controls, or intended service restrictions. You must promptly notify ArtisanOne Software at friends@artisanone.net if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Paid features may be offered on a subscription or credit basis. Fees are billed in advance through the payment method you authorize at checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.

Prices, plan features, usage allowances, and packaging may change prospectively. Taxes, foreign exchange charges, and payment processor fees may apply depending on your jurisdiction and payment method. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy available at /refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, create fraudulent or deceptive materials, interfere with security, reverse engineer restricted components, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

ArtisanOne Software may investigate misuse, remove content, suspend generation capability, limit access, or terminate accounts that present legal, security, or operational risk.

6. Inputs, Outputs, and Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, files, text, images, reference materials, and other inputs you submit to the service, and for your use of any generated output. You must have the rights and permissions required for materials you upload or instruct the service to process.

Because AI-generated results can vary and may contain inaccuracies, stylistic overlap, or unintended content, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, or commercial use. ArtisanOne Software does not guarantee that outputs will be exclusive, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

ArtisanOne Software and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, interface design, documentation, and underlying technology, excluding content that you lawfully submit. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any related intellectual property.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ArtisanOne Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal or commercial content workflows.

8. Availability and Changes

The service may experience downtime, latency, feature limitations, scheduled maintenance, model changes, or third-party outages. ArtisanOne Software does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Feature behavior may change as models, safety systems, performance controls, and integrations evolve. Continued use of the service after those changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated service behavior and any revised Terms posted on the website.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. ArtisanOne Software disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtisanOne Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or content, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

10. Suspension and Termination

ArtisanOne Software may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security exposure, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service in a way that threatens operations, other users, or third-party rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will remain in effect after termination.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent to friends@artisanone.net. ArtisanOne Software may update these Terms from time to time, and the revised version becomes effective when posted with a new effective date.
