Refund Policy

This policy explains when subscription or credit purchases may be reviewed for refunds, how cancellation affects renewal, and how billing issues are handled by ArtisanOne Software.

1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of seedance2x subscriptions, credits, and related paid services offered by ArtisanOne Software. Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts or purchased credits have been provisioned, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy.

Submitting a payment gives ArtisanOne Software permission to charge the selected payment method for the plan or credits shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and renewals until cancellation.

2. Subscription Renewals

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse charges for the current active term.

If you cancel, you may continue using paid features until the current paid period ends, subject to the Terms of Service and any usage limits associated with your plan.

3. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, billed for the wrong plan, or charged after a valid cancellation took effect, contact friends@artisanone.net within 14 days of the charge date. We will review billing records and, if the issue is confirmed, provide a refund or account correction as appropriate.

4. Technical Failure Review

If a verified technical failure on our side prevents paid credits or subscription entitlements from being delivered as purchased, ArtisanOne Software may provide replacement credits, service extension, or a partial or full refund, depending on the nature and duration of the failure.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with creative style, output preference, prompt wording, model variability, or unsupported expectations are not typically eligible when the purchased service was made available and functioning materially as described.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not normally provided for unused time remaining in a subscription term, partially used plans, unused credits, failure to cancel before renewal, changes in pricing announced in advance, account restrictions caused by Terms violations, or losses resulting from your own device, browser, network, or third-party platform conditions.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact friends@artisanone.net so we can review the issue directly. If a chargeback is filed, ArtisanOne Software may suspend access to the affected account while the payment dispute is under review.

7. Contact

Refund requests and billing questions should be sent to friends@artisanone.net with the account email, purchase date, payment amount, and a concise description of the issue. We may ask for additional details needed to verify the request.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and the revised version becomes effective when posted with a new effective date.
